Of course not, but if we abuse our position in the world time after time they are going to be less likely to help us in times of need. The next war we get into, the next loan we need for that war...we'll need it from other countries.

Well the only true ally we have right now is England. So I don't really see that as that big of a concern.

A lot of countries are funding and loaning the U.S. for this war. Japan has loaned us a lot of money for it.

If it came down to just the U.S. and England, I don't think we would be in that bad of shape. I am not talking WWIII or nothing here, I just mean if other countries stopped helping us, we could make it through without them.

Not without their money we couldn't.

If we did, we'd really have to stop the wars (as they are unneeded anyway) and tighten up the budget.

Japan who has loaned us money for the current War sure wasn't on our side loaning us money in WWII were they?

I really don't think the U.S. will ever piss off the whole world. France and some certain other countries will continue to do their holier than though war is wrong crap but when it comes down to it the U.S. will always have enough allies to make it through. We always have.

You were the one who said U.S. can go it alone. We had allies in World War II, the civil war, and the revolutionary war. We've never done things solo and we couldn't, that's my point.

Even the UK has started to tire of us and this current war we are in. If we ignore international treaties, more and more, their politicians will never have the public support to support us.
