I went through a stretch where I had my mother inspect my boots every morning, making sure there were no scorpions inside. If you've seen the scene in Hook, where they lock the guy in the chest and drop scorpions in... that's what did it.

Apparently I was also scared of grass (the lawn) when I was like two or three.

OMg scorpians!!! they still crack me up. There was a commercial on tv a few yrs back, and it was a scorpian running around.Then i had a dream that i stepped on one when i was bare foot and it 'crunched' argh i still hate them guys!

I had serious mental problems as a child.

I was OCD to the point of exhaustion. I had to touch nearly everything. I had to wash my hands until they were red and bleeding. When I ate food I had to swallow it in big, giant gulps because I was afraid of choking. Before I went to bed I had to unplug all the electronic stuff because I was scared of fire. Then after that I put a few of my favorite toys into a plastic bag incase there WAS a fire and I had to get out quickly.

Any door in public places I had to put my hand inside of my shirt to use as a glove to open. Germs.

After a few years of Catholic school sleep was ruined for me. Stories about the devil entering my soul was just too much. I had to, had to, had to, had to, had to sleep on my right side every night because I thought the devil could come in on the left, despite how uncomfortable that might be each night.

I slowly just stopped caring. Not believing in God also helped remove these things.

And no, unlike most of my posts I didn't make any of this up. It's 100% Miakal. In all his insane glory.

hahaha, I don't really know why. I remember I saw someone choke once and it frightened me.

I also remember hearing about germs and the whole thing made me crazy. Hearing that they were everywhere and stuff seemed like an impossible war that I had to fight.

I don't know why I was worried about the fire or why I had to touch stuff. I still touch stuff but now it's female stuff.

That's pretty interesting. My wife is a child psychologist so for me it's interesting, maybe not to others who vote for Kane or want to bone the rest of the forum (well yeah I do too but that's beside the point).
