Beat Off The Persians
Well my history professor is quite immature,
I just got my paper I wrote on the Persian wars (aka Spartan wars),
and he wrote his usual teacher comments here and there, well after he handed them back and he sees me after class and draws attention to a particular part of the paper,
He said the following (while unsucessfully trying to hold back giggles)

"I like the part when you said:
The Spartans beat off the persians!"
(I dont think I need to explain the meaning of the term BEAT OFF, do I?)

What do I make of this?
Is my prof a sort of weirdo?

Very unsettling, just thaught I'd share it with you guys, I know some people here appreciate sexually disturbing stories.

hahaa, but you really shouldn't use beat off in an essay. You should use other, more proper synonyms. But your teacher sounds kinda fruity. Tee hee hee.
