Rep Power: 24 ![]() ![]() | Trust Should you trust anyone? I don't think so. It is easy to think you can trust someone and tell them personal things and just assume they respect you enough to listen. But can you really trust that things you say won't be judged or that that person won't fall out of favor? Then you end up feeling vulnerable. I guess there is really no way of knowing and you just have to take the risk and then deal with what happens like everyone else in life. Personally I say don't trust anyone and you will be better off. |

Lol, just kidding. I tend to do the following. Trust pretty much everyone until they burn me, then I feel really stupid for trusting them in the first place and then never feel the same way about them again. I tend to give way to many people the benefit of the doubt too often upon meeting. I never believe what other people say about someone either. I absorb their info but base my own trust of the person on my personal interactions with them.

It's not like I've had my trust abused in the past either, it's just the way I am, I don't really tell people that much. Obviously, my wife is a different case point and she knows everything so, apart from her (and probably all her friends!!) no one knows anything much.
