What should be the standard penalty?

Okay I know every case has it's own individual merits and so on, but if you could tag a standard penalty for the following crimes, death (if so how), castration, lengthy spell in the pen and so on, what would be yours for -

Murder
Manslaughter
Arson
Rape
GBH (Grievous Bodily Harm)
ABH (Actual Bodily Harm)
Paedos
Damage to Private Property
Burglary

You can be as funny or as serious as you like. Except you, you know who I'm talking to, you at the back with the accent.

Murder - If it's inside the family it's okay. Everyone gets to kill three people in their lives. If you kill more than three then you are killed.

Arson - You are beaten with an unlit firecracker.

Rape - I get to have sex with your mother.

Paedos - Death.

Damage to Private Property - Flogging.

Burglary - You are sent to the UK where you are robbed every time the tax man comes around.

Murder - $20 fine
Manslaughter - warning
Arson - make the offender burn something of his.
Rape - depends if the girl ended up liking it. If she is mad, make the offender wear condoms for all future sex. If she liked it, no charge.
GBH (Grievous Bodily Harm) - Make the offender watch Dr. Phil everyday, for a year
ABH (Actual Bodily Harm) - slap the offender.
Pedos - this is illegal? lol
Damage to Private Property - egg the offender
Burglary - make the offender "steal" victim's phone bill for a year.
