I was basing it on the local gas station.

This summer gas got up to about $1.20 a litre (went down to $1.03 today), whereas a litre of water runs you about $1.69 at the same gas station. I wasn't taking into account the bulk packs of no-name bottled water... I guess that's a lot more sensible.

I understand dude. My only reason for buying it is due to the water tasting like crap out of the tap here.

I tend to stick to no name brand bottled waters. Its the same stuff and its cheaper than any other brand. I can get a 12 pack of bottles for about $2.50 right now.

I was thinking the same thing lol. I buy my water at Loblaws for 4 bucks (24 bottles). Sometimes is on sale for $2.99 and thats when I stock up.
