Some of you may not ever need to turn the heat on, but for us Northeasterers it seems there is this unwritten game we all play. Its called "How fucking cold can your house get before you turn the heat for and admit its not summer anymore"

I have no choice in the matter, my little sister doesn't like the cold so the heat has been on for a few weeks now.

If you have a sweater on and you aren't cold, then I say leave the heat off for now. Especially if you have to pay for heating(since I don't know if you own your house).

You live in California, isn't cold for you guys like 50 degrees? If we folks in the Northeast get that kind of weather in December/January we wear t-shirts outside. lol

My heat is on. I like keeping around 78. It allowed me ot walk around naked without the boys getting cold.

My Dad's house used to be turned up to the max for heat from October onwards. Jeez that makes you so tired when a house is that hot.
