Guys who wear hats at the gym
So I'm running on the treadmill, and I look beside me over at the guys doing weights, and I noticed something.

Half them were were baseball caps.

What the hell is this? Is this just some sort of trend at my school, or do other places do it to? Why would anyone wear a hat to the gym? Who cares what your hair looks like!!

I look like crap when I work out, all gross and sweaty. I'm not there to impress anyone.

Do any of you work out wearing hats? Can you please explain this to me?

I think they do it to hide their bald spots or the bad haircut.

Speaking for myself, it was always because I just rolled out of bed and the hair was in pretty bad shape. And then other times you just feel like wearing a hat.

I do sometimes although I don't go to the gym anymore as much as I should. Correction, it's hot and sweaty not "gross" lol..

I only wear a hat when I need a haircut.

Eh, but thats not necessarily true.

Ok, back in the day....where I lived was a Gold's Gym. I really wanted to work out there, but before I got a membership there I went to the park district gym for a couple months to get in shape first.

If you can make sense of that, then you will understand why guys wear hats to the gym.

Actually, a friend of mine told me that when a guy sees a girl work out and she's all sweaty, they have an idea of what she looks like after sex.
