Rep Power: 19 ![]() | Funerals, don't you love them? Doesn't everyone here just love a good funeral? Why do they have the body in the casket? Isn't that morbid? Doesn't anyone else find this morbid and depressing? And then you go into church and it's all like, she is going home. SHE IS GOING TO THE HEAVENLY FATHERS HOME. The Lord shall TAKETH. Then they smoke out the casket with a bong hit or something or other. Man. |

There was lots of dancing and music and fun, but man that is a weird occasion to be at. I would have rather been at the funeral, I think.

Rep Power: 19 ![]() | I went to my grandmothers funeral this weekend. Seeing her in the casket was so morbid and depressing. Who comes up with this stuff? Certain members of the family were forcing others to see her, I guess you could call her her, but you could tell there was a major reluctance. I just don't see the good in that. Personally, I would rather remember her from the time she was alive. I'd rather remember the last time I saw her alive then seeing her laying in the casket. And it's not like she's really there. Go say goodbye to grandma. Is she going to say something back? No. she's not there. |

I hate funerals too usually because it means someone I know has died which always sucks. I really hate funerals for young people, I went to one of a 19 guy from work who died from a burst clot on his brain and everyone was bawling from the off including me. |

If I knew I was on the way out I'd rather spend my money on a huge holiday for my family and I rather than ask a large number of hangers on and acquaintances who hardly know me to turn up and pretend they liked me and give me some sort of fanfare.

Rep Power: 15 ![]() | I wouldn't want a farewell party, but i've never really liked party's in general, especially when they focus on me. I would just want a little get together with my friends and family, I wouldn't want to spend a large amount of money because I would rather give my money to my family to help them out after I am gone. |
