Authority Figures
...How do you get on with them?

For me. Not well. It all dates back to school where i was different. And the teachers didn't like different. I made the smart-ass quips, i dyed my hair every colour under the rainbow, was in all the school drama shows and so on. So since then, me and authority do not get on well.

Case in point, today at work. The manager is having a go at me (over his mistake!) so i fire back at him with some of my smart-ass quips. Needless to say, he's not happy with me. Good thing he's getting fired in a couple of weeks :P
I wish my sex life was like ECW, first you get a One Night Stand followed by 2 months of nostalgic orgasms and then 6 months of constant sucking.

Well that's just boring. What if they are talking complete shit? Should we have to just nod and agree just because they have a position of power?

I usually get along with authority figures, but if I disagree with them or think they are wrong about something I will explain to them why. I will also respect them untill they give me a reason not to.

I get and understand that. And reading my previous post I can see if maybe I came off like that. Generally i have respect for any person, no matter their title, background, profession. But i hate people who have a position of authority and think they are better people and more likely to be right because of that. As in the case with my manager
