What's the story behind your user name?

Yeah, don't throw a fit, I know this has been done before but it was a long ass time ago and there are many new people.

I'll go first. It was a combination actually.. I was thinking about just going by my real name, but then I thought maybe that wasn't a great idea..

So then, I thought well..it's a wrestling board, maybe I should have a name relating to wrestling. Then it happend.. The name "Blitzkrieg" poppped into my head because at the time I was doing some study on WWII..

Now, do I care about the German's, no.. but I thought it was a cool sounding name, and seeing how this is a wrestling board there was also a wrestler named "Blitzkreig".. So I went with that, there you have it.

I changed my name to "Blitz" for short because that's what everyone was calling me.

Mine is very simple...

I was a big Spider-Man freak from early childhood. It played into my teens and is still slightly there now.

When I joined I was Spidersman an offshoot character from the comics who was sort of like an out cast "monster" type character who had similar abilities to Spider-Man. It's hard to describe but I enjoyed the character.

I shortened it to "Spidey" because people were calling me that and it's easier to remember.

Strangely enough, i wanted to start this topic a couple of days ago, but as with most things, i got lazy.

Initially my name was S.M.J which was reference to my wrestling name Shane Michael Jeffreys (which looking back...lame!), but after a few trainings, my knees buckled and i realised my body wasn't cut out for wrestling. ( a bit of advice kids, if you wanna be a professional wrestler, don't be the guy at high school who willing does stupid stunts and throws himself off buildings for fun)

So when i logged on here, i didn't want to be remind of my physical setbacks, so i changed it (or asked Simon to) to thirty7, which is just derived from my favourite movie series of all time (The New Jersey Trilogy) and the quotes from "Clerks" in particular. The director, Kevin Smith, is one of my heroes and one of the main reasons, i want to act, direct and write.

I wish my sex life was like ECW, first you get a One Night Stand followed by 2 months of nostalgic orgasms and then 6 months of constant sucking.

well well well, everyone always asks me this. I started out as iTPo0pAgAiN because billy madison was my favorite movie at the time and i always loved that part where they light the bag of shit on the old mans doorstep and he stomps it out and smells it and yells IT POOP AGAIN and i just went from there. We had a poll on this forum of what i should change my name to and i think IdaMan suggested The Shiz to me and it sounded pretty nice and now here I am. thanks again to ida for the name

I'm represent the asian peeps, I'm their champ they look up to~ Seriously though, I loved the Rock, the people's champ, and I'm asian. Just combined the two together mostly because I wanted to wrestle and be the asian icon.

Wow.. that's interesting. I didn't know we had diversity on this forum. I thought it was just a bunch of crackers.

Are you charasmatic like The Rock? .. You know, the one thing I hate about Asian wrestlers, or I should say what WWE does with them.. They always make it so the guy can't speak any English and he has to know Martial Arts. What would be so wrong about having some different Asian characters?

About 10 years ago I was helping someone online and they said you da man so I used the nick as a joke and it just stuck.
