The meal is cheap and easy. If you can't be bothered with the stove you just put it in the microwave.

It's a meal for the mans man, like Miakal. It has all the vitamins you need (probably) plus meaty portions of beef. Carrots, potatoes, and beef. What else do you need? That's the whole friggin' food pyramid right there.

And it tastes good too.
