need help

ok see i have this massive headache, i got it from school today they are putting tar on the roof and its right outside three of my classrooms

my body doesnt like the stuff i almost threw up many times today (i coudlnt go home had a precal test)

but currently im on a no drug no alcohol thing (dont ask i just am)

so whats some ways for me to alliviate this headache without the use of advil, tylenol or aspirin

dab some vinegar in to your temples and massage them clockwise or anti clock wise which ever suits you best it should work
