How far can you run?

I'm up to eight miles now and have a half marathon in four weeks.

I run a mile every couple of days, and I have trouble with that...

Couldnt agree more......

Doesnt help when you smoke like a chimney.

I can do any type of cardio all day long, but give me a treadmill or strett and I fold like a punk.

Oh, I am still out of shape. Strong, but out of shape. Like you.

You should jog towards Boston and I will jog to NYC. We will decide who is in worse shape by who drops dead first.

Ok, Talk to you later, I have to put my short shorts on.

I run three miles every other day.

When I was at my peak in 2002 I ran 4 miles a day.

I plan to be back there someday.

I'm not a big fan of distance running. I ran cross-country in H.S. and we had the best runner in the state on our team, so our practice runs were really, really long and hard. Sure, they made the races seem easy since they were only 3.1 miles, but after 4 years of that, I'd had enough. I mostly do sprint work now, but will jog 1-2 miles a couple of days a week, just for the heck of it. I'd rather run outside than get on a cardio machine in the gym, I hate those things.
