Do you ever think about quitting your job, your girlfriend/boyfriend, school, moving out of the city, and starting everything over?

Is this fantasy just mine?

I often think about how I could start all over and probably be much happier, make a lot more money, and feel a lot less stressed.

I love the idea of just leaving.

sometimes I thnk about running off to Canada and not telling anyone, or maybe I'd bring Craig- I could always ditch him in a few years w/ the same ploy.

I have an ex-girlfriend who lives in Madison, Wisconsin. It's an excellent city, one of the best I've been to. It's big, has a lot of nice shops, cool people, but it's not massive and angry like a huge city.

And no lies, no shitting you little girl, that ex has a MERMAID TATTOO (she didn't when we were together though).

To a very small degree I've done it already.

I inherited quite a bit when my father died and took the opportunity to quit work for a year, spend time with the children, buy a place 50 miles from my family and away from anyone I know and just kinda start again.

I do sometimes wish I'd told my wife and children where I went though LOL (j/k)

I pretty much did just that in April this year.

I bought a van, quit my job, dropped out of uni, packed all my shit into said van and moved 1500 km (like 700 miles) down to Sydney, a place where I knew one person (an ex-girlfriend) and had only ever spent a 2 week holiday at.

Was it worth it? I'm not sure yet.
