I'm big on melted cheese, so nachos and quesadillas are both common. Spaghetti and meatsauce is also pretty easy. If I'm lazy and it's around, I don't mind popping open a can of Stagg and heating that up.

the easy stuff...like soup, and microwavable food. Or sandwiches.

Thanks for the memories Eddie!

On Saturday night I cooked up a delicious roast çock.

I stuffed that çock with garlic and lemon. To do this I had to stick my hand up the backside, straight into the çock, and jam everything right up there, nice and tight.

Then, I glazed it with a mix of lemon juice and olive oil. I love to get a bit of oil on my çock before sticking it in the hot box. I just lathered the oil over the çock, so the skin was crispy and delicious. There's nothing I hate more than trying to put soggy, sloppy çock in my mouth.

Overall, the çock was fantastic. All my dinner guests were completely satisfied, and some came back for seconds. One friend, Drew, complimented that it was the best çock he'd ever had.

I think I'll have çock more often.

Mmm..Sounds good. I love çock if it's done right. I'm having dinner at Disco's:happy: .

To stay on topic, I don't cook that much. If I do cook it's usually something really easy like baked chicken or fish on the grille.
