Most would be surprised to hear that when we had the votes on gay marriage here in Ohio that I voted for gay people being able to be married.

After growing up a bit I realized that it's retarded to be so judgmental over a group. Although the Bible does tell us that homosexuality is wrong, it also teaches us to be tolerant of others and to love eachother no matter what.

And the whole argument about the "sanctity of marriage" is stupid. With an over 50% divorce rate, marriage has lost all of its sanctity.

When you see Jerusalem being surrounded by armies, you will know that its desolation is near. Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those in the country not enter the city. I don't know why gay people would want to get married. It is such a pain in the ass! lol. I get ulsers just thinking about it. Canada is becoming the cool place to live. Prostitution,can smoke pot,be gay and marry,be topless in the streets..I mean really, does it get any better?

O.k. here it goes. I didn't want to get dragged in but now I fell obligated to throw in my two cents. I am not going to turn this into an 11 page nonsense debate though. I will state my opinion and try my darndest to stay out.
I do not support gay marriage. I do not support people being mean to or discriminating against anyone though. They should be allowed to live together and do whatever they want as long as they aren't legally married.

The bible tells us to be tolerant and love everyone equally. But it does not give homosexuals the right to marry, thats something that people ASSUME as being equal. But to me, its not about equal rights its just about loving someone for who they are.

By the way Im not for or against it, I still dont really know.

I know one thing is for sure, if there was a book condemning my actions I sure as hell wouldn't try to follow the laws of it by contradicting myself (Which is what gay people do by getting married).
