I do not believe that animals can commit sins they don't have souls or the intelligence to know about anything like that. Humans have souls and the intelligence to know about those things.

Ok, ( and how do you know animals don't have souls? ) so then when an animal takes part in homosexuallity, how would you explain that then? If it is something that happens in nature as an instinct, then would you not agree that it can happen naturally in humans as well?

Well, apparently my two friends (who are on holiday in spain , both female) got drunk a few nights ago and got married ! but on a serious note, if people are in love then no matter what i dont see any problem.

I'm against all marriage, you heard me, all of it. marriage is for suckers who don't know how to get out of it.

when we had the vote for gay marriage it was pretty dumb b/c our state constitution already made gay marriage illegal back when we became a state in the mid/late 1800s, so why pass an amendment on something that's already in the constitution. it didnt' make sense, but try telling kansans that.
but there was another part, a part that affected domestic partners.
now I'm not really gay (though I love to look at and degrade woman sexxualy but anways) but what Craig and I have is a domestic partnership b/c neither of us wants to marry. basically said domestic partners could lose their rights as a couple (we basically have a common law marriage here) for ex, I couldn't make decisions regarding Craig's health or life if he was say in a coma, or etc.
so I voted in favor of gay marriage and of domestic partner benefits- it's stupid b/c even if by some insane chance KS voted yes for gay marriage, it still would've been illegal under our constitution. (we're a little ass backwards)






see, I don't understand b/c we all love gay porn, but if those actors were actually married to each other we'd have a problem. (hahaha)

No I do not believe it can happen naturally in Humans.
I in the Bible is states something to the effect of that man was created to reign over the animals of the earth. That insinuates that animals are inferior to man. It also states that God created man in his own image. That also implies that man is a higher being.

The problem I have with gay marriage is that marriage in general is a religious sacrament. Now, if this religious sacrament is intended to be between a man and a woman, then gay people should not be allowed to be "married". I also feel it's the same way if two atheists get married.

However, I recognize that gay people do love each other very much, and I see no problem why a gay couple should not be allowed to live together, or even have a ceremony celebrating their love for each other. Just not a "marriage" per se.

I also think, to accomodate for this, the government should stop categorizing people as "married" and "single", but rather use another term to describe an individual who is in a loving bond with another person, and to treat gay couples (and atheist couples, for that matter) the same way as you treat a religious straght couple
