Rep Power: 31 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | to the girls: a question. ok girls and gays of the forum, I have a question for yous all. normally I only wear mens jeans/pants but lately I can't find anything below a 29 waist, which are too big on me. my sister talked me into buying my 1st pair of girls jeans a few weeks ago and I've now worn them 2x. but I hate them, what's up w/ this shit? I couldn't find the exact right size in those either. for ex: a 7 was too tight in the hips but a 9 is too wide in the waist (fuck you I have child bearing hips alright). and why are they all stretchy and slightly flared. (I hate flared trousers, anyone who's ever seen The Young Ones can understand). perhaps the worst thing is, I now see why most girls wear thongs under them b/c any panties you try to wear are just gonna get wedged up your ass anyways- I ended up just foregoing the panties alltogether b/c of this. so , my question is what the hell? what is wrong w/ women's jeans? what do you do to avoid this travesty of justice?

She is very petite and we usually have to end up going with something in the junior miss section.... She hates it but what can you do?

However, it seems that women's clothing are made to accenuate (sp?) the body parts that guys like to look at. hat's why they are made so differently. I don't know if I've helped in anyway but I'm leaving this thread now..lol

I'm sure Miakal has some excellant opinions on this though. Miakal pies, where the hell are you?

Rep Power: 10 ![]() | I have the same problem like you Jackie. I end up having to get jeans a size bigger to get over the hips and then they go baggy in the waist or even when I sit my asscrack sticks out too. They seem to make the jeans to a certain size and not compensate for the curves. I've just ended up buying cargos from the guys section at Old Navy and live in those, they're comfortable and they fit fine.

Rep Power: 31 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I found some mosimo brand men shorts where the waist is a 30 but it's really like a 28 in most brands, that works for the summer, but I'll have to look for new pants this winter I guess. sucks, now that I'm going to lawschool, I have to start dressing nicer, and more girly
