What are some funny,annoying, or embarrassing stories that you have while at the gym? I know not everyone goes, but you can also tell stories from your experiences in your highschool lockerroom form the past as well.

I once farted while doing seated cable rows. That was embarrassing.

Also, there was the time I was doing leg presses at the gym, and some girl comes up and asks if she can work in with me. I said "Do you want me to take some of the weight off?" and she said "No, it's fine" and proceeded to press just as much as I did. Wow, that was embarrassing

Also, one time me and two of my friends (who were kinda losers, to be honest) were working out and there was this really cute girl at the machine next to us. It was right after spring break, so the conversation went like this:

Dan: I just back from Mardi Gras. It was awesome!
Jesse: Really? One of my teammates from rugby went down there, and he said he got a handjob in the middle of Bourbon St
Dan: Really?!?! ME TOO!!!!

At which point the girl next to us just burst out laughing. I dont know if it's because she didnt believe him, or just his tone of voice when he said it, but she just couldnt control herself

I walk by a gym everyday and I'm usually eating a Twinkee.

I tore my bicep last weekend luckily it was on my own bench at home. I had one of them moments were you have to put the bar on your chest then roll it down your body, lift it over your nuts then sit up. Im so glad no-one was around to see it.

in my old high school type place , we had a gym and it was embarrasing to waer lycra shorts and be made to bend over infront of 12 16 yr old boys *blushes*

I'm sure it would have been equally embarassing for the poor boys trying to not physically get a reaction, at that age just a girls hair flicking past you can set you off!! (maybe that's where the expression "hair trigger" comes from??)

Same here, but only I'm in my special moto-chair.

Actually I dont go to the gym as I have enough god damn equipment in the attic. A running machine, rowing machine, weights and bench press, boxing bag.

I always get a kick out of the guys who try to lift more than they can. They get all huffy and red, it's hilarious and then they slam the barbell down and make it look like it wasn't too much, and yet they were dying.
