I learnt at the age of 17 that taking care of your body was for nerds.

You would enjoy watching me train then. I even do that shake off thing as I stand up then the neck cracking thing.

Ya, that is just what people who lift weights . If you are not straining to lift weights you are doing something wrong. What is the point of lifting stuff you can do with ease?

If I saw anyone laughing at me I'd flip them off lol. Not a cool gym thing to do to laugh at people. I suppose it can look funny however.

When I lift I do the "Tsssssssss" noise when I am lifting heavy. It is better then the lound grunt noice which isn't good gym edict.

The only story I have from recently is a guy standing there talking to me in the changing room while he was changing and starts to tug on "it" a few times. I had to pause for a second to avoid any reaction like asking him what the fuck he was doing, so I just looked away and kept talking like nothing was odd. It is close to a gay neighbourhood so I have to expect gay people to be there but man that was fucked up lol. Needless to say I ended the conversation and left pretty fast and left lol.
