I don't take in anything but sugar, all day long. I wake up in the morning and have a MT. Dew and then continue on with a string of them all until seconds before bedtime.
I eat a lot of junkfood. I go to McDonalds or Wendys a couple times a week.
I'm too stupid to make anything and just don't give a damn.
I can't get on track. Man, my life is a mess. Hold me.

Mine would be good if I only started exercising, quit smoking, drinking, and the numerous chemicals I enjoy on weekends, started to eat less saturated fats and sugar, kept regular cicadian rythms, showered, brushed my teeth and stopped sleeping in my own faeces.
After all that I'm well on the road to healthy living.
