Do you have a lot of will power?

Have you had it tested and how did you hold up? What was it that you had to quit or resist? could you do it again?

I would have to say my biggest test to date was when I quit smoking and lost 40 lbs all in the same time period. I still don't know where I got the will power to do it but damn it was a test for sure. I am about to go on my 6th month of quitting smoking cold turkey and now am looking to get back in shape and lose some weight. I am having a little trouble with the weight part but I know if I keep at it I will find the will power to do it.

Using the internet at work because I really should crack on and do more here

Spending more money than I have. I get a good wage it's just that whatever I earn, whenever I've earnt it I'll always spend way more than I have.

My willpower is about as bad as it can get. I have major issues with smoking. I love it even though I know I need to quit and its slowly killing me.

I have vowed to give up the greenery and try real real hard to not smoke the sticky icky. It will be hard.

The problem is I cant let shit go. Its like all I do is dwell on it.

Ya im pretty bad too. Temptation sucks, im about as bad as a 6 year old in a candy shop. When I see some killer herb I need to smoke it, When a see a cancer stick I wanna smoke it, When a I see a x girlfriend I wanna tap it, When I see a knife I wanna chop my balls off with it. Willpower "ha" no such thing.

I'm actually pretty good with the will power stuff when I put my mind to it. Used to like eating lots of junk food ex. cake, chips, candy, etc.; not much anymore really. Don't drink or smoke, so don't have to worry about restraining myself from doing either. Just don't take away the caffeine - the longest I went w/out was a month and that was a pain.
