| Happy Bday Army The US Army is 230 yrs. old today. hmmmm. reenlistment is up, but recruitment numbers are falling a little short. Rummy says it's b/c the recruitment target numbers were increased and so recruitment hasn't actually fallen, it is only short of it's newly increased numbers.
