Nah, I don't really have one either, but if you had to pick someone who's really stood out for you either for sport, politics, whatever, who's your hero? I'll go for Bob Geldof if I had to pick someone, he's wrote some good songs when he was young, he lived the rock lifestyle, tried to make the world a better place, is pretty loaded himself and has some cool friends in higher places, sure some Inxs guy nailed his woman in the end but even then he got the last laugh and was gracious enough to raise their child.

Rep Power: 10 ![]() ![]() | Interesting choice, Bulldog. As geeky or fanatical as it sounds, I've got to say my hero is Mick Foley. I actually wrote a piece about it last year, that i'll share with you guys. "My hero is a man by the name of Mick Foley. Mick Foley is a retired professional wrestler and now best-selling book author. He is a multi-time WWF Champion, King of the Death Match and multiple time champion in many parts of the world. His autobiography was No.1 on the New York Times best-seller list, his children's book Halloween Hijinx soon followed and his first novel, Tietam Brown made astonishing sales. However, it is not because of all these achievements that this guy is my hero. I idolise purely on his character alone. Mick Foley is a selfless man. He is always looking at the wider picture. He fully understands that he is not the only person in the world that needs consideration. He is willing to put himself (both physically and mentally) on the line for the benefits of others. The biggest example of this lies within the name Randy Orton. Randy Orton is an up-and-coming wrestler in WWE. He is a third-generation wrestler. He has an amazing look, character and is exceptionally solid in the ring. However, most fans did not fully appreciate this as they judged him on name value and he suffered lack of credibility in their eyes. Enter Mick Foley. Mick Foley decided he wants to help Randy Orton. Despite the fact that he has been out of wrestling for nearly four years and despite the fact that he may completely tarnish his legacy, Foley decided to make a come back to fued with Randy Orton. The year long fued lifted Orton to a higher plataeu, the fued lifted his credibility and the fued made Randy Orton a superstar. Mick Foley brought his usual intensity to this fued and unlike other veteran wrestlers, he made Orton look good. He didn't make himself look overpowering, he went out of his way to make Randy Orton look strong. He even mustered up one of the bloodiest street fights ever seen just to help Orton. And why? Because Mick Foley is a genuine good guy. He is the guy you want around you, when the chips are down, because he knows that no matter how bad things can be, you can pick yourself up and keep going. Why do i mention Mick Foley? Because this is where i drawing my inspiration from in my life. Everything I want to be, i know he inspired me to do it. Through his character and goodwill and I have tried to model myself on his character. Thank you, Mick Foley. You are my hero"
