ha ha I do that aswell... if it's only one lane and theres a big BMW or Merc behind me i'll o as little as 25 for abit, really pisses them off.
I had a parking ticket a few months back, god damn traffic warden ignored the fact that I'd actually PAID and Displayed! Sent the council a complaint and got my money back, otherwise it was £40 down the drain.

I do this if I'm doing about 90mph on the motorway and I'm in the third lane overtaking and you get somebody drives right up behind your ass trying to push you along quicker. I'll slow right down to the same speed as they guy in the second lane that I'm overtaking and leave the fool behind with nowhere to go until he backs the hell off.
