My diet

So, I'm leaving for Miami 11 weks from today. I seriously have to lose about 20 or 25 pounds before I go down there. That's about 2 pounds a week.

I started my hardcore diet yesterday. No more junk food. No soda. A lot more salad, less beef, more lean chicken.

don't just diet, i don't think it works all that well. exercise a bit, i've heard yoga is good but i haven't tried it. i just run around and do crunches

Both are my problem ever since I hurt my back. I need to get back to the gym and get my big muscles back! lol.Not to mention lost the weight in 4 weeks. But fear not! I shall reach my goal!

My buddy who is the laziest fk of all time, went on a diet 6 weeks ago and lost 35 pounds. If he did it, the all world can do it,trust me lol. He doesn't work out tho. Still, from being disguntigly fat, he looks good (no gay jokes please lol)

I lost 15 pounds when I went to Europe. It was a combination of walking 12 hours a day and me not eating a single thing served to me. It is the ultimate diet. It was alright losing weight, but none of my pants fit me anymore, they're all huge now.
