I eat one of those "Nature's Valley" granola bars for breakfast. Its only 170 calories, and i just have water with it all in all i think my caloric intake is going to be about 1200-1500 a day, which for a guy my size (6'2, 230) who works out regularly should help me get to my goal fairly easily. I've lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time before. | |
