Would you hire this person?

I recently began placing ads on my company's website for sales/support technicians. I have very stringent requirements on who I hire, especially dealing with spelling/grammar. I have clients from around the globe paying thousands of dollars and I prefer to maintain a professional, knowledgeable image to them. Anyway, here's an application I got;

hello,
My name is Jonas Priest
I have used whm/cpanel for about 2 years. I keep up to date on the irc
channel, so i know about the current quirks about cpanel.
I can use the manual scripts section in command line via SSH.
I have also used freebsd and slack.
pay rate 3.00 to 4.00 an hour. biweekly paycheck (can be by paypal of
needed) preferd
hours may very as i do have a full time job. but i do prefer the late
shift. I can work from 12:30 to 4 or 5 AM but i can start earlier as the
time frames I get out of work does change anywhere from 8 PM to 12 AM
the only night I would like to have set off is wensday night and maby a
cupple of frydays a month.
thank you

However, honestly, there are people complaining about the lack of jobs available. Maybe it's just that they're morons. I received probably 30 initial applications so far, and maybe 4 have followed my specific instructions. What's even funnier is that the 4 that followed the instructions are all under the age of 18. Clearly the 'baby boomers' are simply incompetent at comprehending much of anything.

I've noticed spelling and grammar standards have really slipped over here whenever I received CV's from teenagers.

Wonder if it has something to do with text speak, that they feel they don't need to spell properly?

Probably something to do with that. Why would someone waste their time to write out something for a job though if they're not going to even spellcheck it? Oh well, I got a few that I like and they'll get hired as long as they don't prove to be clueless monkey's in the 2nd round of interviews.
