I have a hard time falling asleep. I usually need the tv on to do so otherwise ill just lay there for awhile.

I was raised with the noise of a fan when I slept so it is soothing to me.

We use one here and it helps us sleep.

Other than that I try a cold towel over the eyes and/or forehead for relaxation

Sometimes if I've got a lot of stuff running through my mind or if the house is too noisy. I'm a light sleeper so it has to be dead quiet and dark.

If I am really looking forward to something tomorrow, I find it really hard to sleep, because my brain goes over and over things, usually though I find it relatively easy, unless it's during the day, I need background noise too, like a television on.

I can fall asleep in seconds...I sleep best in a moving car. Also, noise doesn't bother me at all. I can fall asleep at will, for example right now, if i wanted to, I could go to sleep even tho I have just awaken lol
