Rep Power: 18 ![]() | Whenever I wake up try and pull the shades up journey through this whole wide world Do you ever wake up and feel utterly confused as to your location, mentally or physically or perhaps metaphysically? I sometimes awake and find myself floating back first into stars. It's a horrible, lonely feeling. I can only find my silver cord and pull myself back in before it's all too late. Or do you ever wake up and feel the effects of a dream waving over you? For example, sometimes I'm re-united with someone that I once loved deeply. Like The Ultimate Warrior from JVN. I find myself in a place where I am finally happy. Finally. And with the somber consequences of being awake it all washes away, and I'm stuck with a shitty sand castle I made when I was five years old. All soggy like a turd. |

Rep Power: 11 ![]() | Yeah, that seems to happen to me every day now. I hate that feeling when you first wake up, and realise that said person is in fact nowhere near you. Lately I've been having these weird dreams, where I keep waking, but only into another dream, and I realise I've been dreaming and think I'm back in the waking world. But sooner or later I wake again in another dream, until I can longer work out what was part of the dream and what's real, and finally morning (or late afternoon, more likely) rolls around and I'm unsure of whether I ever even slept. |

Rep Power: 41 ![]() | I've been having many many recurring dreams about the basement at my parents house. My bed is always down there either tucked in an alcove, or against the wall. These dreams are always cloaked in the red carpet that covers the basement And then there are others where there is a sub-basement below it, everything is a concrete grey, and at times the furniture is just melted to the ground in a drab eerie state. Another where I went down to the furnace room, tore away some drywall for no apparent reason beknownst to me and just find this whole other sector of the basement, again encrusted in this bright ash setting. It's just so oddly vivid I can't really explain it. And I'm always craving to watch the Three Stooges, yet none of the shorts I watch even exist. |

Rep Power: 33 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I had the weirdest dream last night. I was walking through a really bad neighborhood and three guys tried to rob me. One of them had a gun, but I managed to get it away from him, and I shot the three guys. Realising that I just killed three people, I walked away briskly, hoping not to draw attention to myself. Just then, a car with Clint Eastwood and an unidentifiable man pulled up by me, and Clint told me that he was the one who sent the guys to rob me, and he also saw me kill the guys, and if the cops came and asked him who was responsible for the three murders, he would tell them it was me. So I ran away and a bunch of other random shit happened (I went to Taco Bell to get something to eat, a girl I've never seen before started asking me what I've been doing with myself since the last time i saw her, etc.) Then, next thing I know, I'm in an apartment with Denzel Washington's character from Training Day, and his girlfriend who unfortunately looked nothing like Eva Mendes. All of a sudden I realize I'm playing the Ethan Hawke character, and Denzel is trying to kill me. So I escape into the hallway of the building, and its the building where my best friend grew up. For some reason, the peephole on the door is reversed, and I can see into the apartment. I see a guy with a knife, so I decide to try to get the fuck outta there. I get into the elevator, but before the door can close, the guy with the knife holds the door open. I fight with him for a little while, and I manage to snatch the knife from him. Eventually, I get control and I slice his throat. He starts dying, but he just keeps talking and talking and talking, but not in an aggressive manner. Just babbling about nothing And then my alarm clock rang and woke me up | |
