What do you fear? What are you scared of?

I've always feared someone breaking into my apartment while I am here. It's a weird paranoid thing that I can't seem to let go of. I probably need to get a gun or move out of Chicago.

I keep a baseball bat by my bed even just in case I have to beat some quick ass.

I guess it's the fear of being caught off gaurd and being powerless.

I hate mice too. I've had one once and it scared the shit out of me. Hearing that little bastard eat your left over Taco Bell that you left on the floor is irritating and it sends a chill right down your dark, dark gas heart.

I was always afraid he would crawl into bed with me like some kind of woman you just slept with and want to cuddle. Worse yet, and again like a woman you just slept with, I was afraid of one chewing on my testicles (or testicle if we are to be factual).

I hate rats and mice, but I also think a lot of times that someone is trying to steal my shit. I don't know why though. I just don't trust a lot of people round here.

I'm afraid of getting older, but I dunno if that counts. I'm really afraid of it though.

I don't like spiders very much, but only the big ones, and especially when they're shiny. We get a lot of big hairy spiders out where I live, but I've found a couple black widows as well. They're not as venomous as the ones you normally hear about, but still scary as shit, especially when you're trying to sleep and can hear them walking across a sheet of paper (clickity clickity click!)...

I was really afraid of getting old, turning 20 really scared me. Now my outlook on life has changed a bit, and I realise I can't do teenage things anymore, but there's a whole new world of adult life ahead. Hopefully each new stage of life brings the same welcoming feeling.

I'm afraid of getting old alone, being one of those sleazy old dudes still hitting up the night spots because otherwise he's sitting at home watching cable and eating take out and talking to his rock. I'm even more scared of being that guy.

I remember that fear of aging. It's like all your passions and dreams and bullshit is now becoming do or die. You can't just sit on the toilet and wait for the turd anymore you gotta start squeezing on that thing.

You gotta take responsibility and really punch the gas. Kill the environment because it's your destiny.

And some other shit like that. It's great man.

I'm 22, and sometimes I forget. Then I'm like "oh yeah, I'm 22 shit!" like where did all the time go? So yeah, that does scare me sometimes.

I'm very afraid of that. Three of my closest friends are getting married next year, and it makes me think about how I'm so far from being married its ridiculous, and that by the time I'm finally ready to get married I'm gonna be old and I'll just settle for the first woman I can tolerate.
