I've seen him on tv countless time Simon...I didn't say I hated the guy, I just said he shouldn't be the one to tell people about weight loss, seeing how he isn't exactly in the best of shape himself, and I think you can agree with that.

Well the very obvious answer to that is he does it to help people who want to lose weight and want help. Did you ever stop to think that he might be happy with how he is and doesn't want to lose weight?

You also can't solve a persons major problems on television in less than an hour. It's just not going to happen. He might be a genius television host but doctor he certainly isn't.

Disco, while psychiatry and psychology may clash on certain issues (all doctors do with any department) I would hardly say "often" would be the case. Maybe it's the differences in countries but I know in America they work together pretty heavily to put together programs for their patients.

I'd say the major clash is that psychologists often oppose the use of drugs for people who don't need it, and often see psychiatrists as doing just that.

I agree. The requirements to get a psychology degree are a joke. You don't even have to take real classes. Hell, I'm probably qualified to get a psychology degree with the classes that I take.
