Welcome to the first round of A Question of Logic - The Supertest.
Its called the Supertest because this time you wont have good old Google to help you out.. and you will have to rely on your own brainpower to solve the puzzles.
Our first round deals with number sequences, and trying to identify the missing number in the chain.
A good example of this type of problem can be found in the Fibonacci Sequence.. which runs as follows:
0 - 1 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 5 - 8 - 13 - ??
After examining the sequence it becomes apparent that the next number in the sequence is 21.. as that is the sum of the two preceding numbers... But other number chains may use more complex solutions.
Below is a number sequence.. and you have to identify what the missing number is.
PM me the answer only.. no public posting of the answer is allowed.
The answer will be up tomorrow evening.. followed by the next question
Bear in mind there are no mis-prints in the following sequence...
