You Shall Know Our Velocity! by Dave Eggers is a good book too (Miakal, I saw him on Conan that night, he wasn't as brash as he is in his writing). And I just read In the Skin of a Lion by Michael Ondaatje, but it was for class and I didn't get a real kick out of the story. Really beautifully written though, with the language and poetics. | |
