Youve all read the news about Prince Harry going to a fancy dress party wearing a swastika.. I think the ugly head of PC has gone too far after gauging the media backlash. Of course everybody is dubbing his actions as offensive, immoral and inconsiderate. Naturally the JewsMedia and the related bodies have demanded an apology from the prince even though the majority of the brit population fail to see what all the fuss was about... hell his family are german anyways.. and the press fail to mention that Prince Phillips sisters were married to SS guards

Prince Harry turned up in an Afrika Korps uniform - who better to mock than the German colonials under Hitler, the greatest imperialist project in human history since perhaps Genghis Khan?

If Prince Harry had arrived dressed as a Maori, nobody would have accused him of wanting to undermine the government of New Zealand. If he had gone as a British colonial explorer with a cork hat, nobody would have accused him of taking the pith.

Yet the Israeli lobby was ready with an instant hail of stones, without even mentioning the humanitarian crimes committed by Tel Aviv in the last fifty years. Perhaps Prince Harry should have worn the uniform of Sharon's units in the Lebanon as they were committing their massacres of civilians. Then nobody would have said anything.

To conclude, if this young man was invited to a Colonials and Natives party, what was he supposed to wear? A pink ballet dress, to be accused of being a fairy, a trans-sexual or a cross-dresser?

My advice to Prince Harry: Next time, instead of apologizing, tell them where to stick it.

Most of what Shango said was true actually. why the fuck should he apologize???? It was ill advised yes but in all fairness if it wasn;t for some party goer who could smell a quick buck we would have never known about it. Its not like he frog marched through balmoral is it.

I am leaving this thread to the Europeans on the board.

The Nazi symbol sends shockwaves all over the world. Thus the reason why he is getting negative attention for it.

Not for nothing, but he is the PRINCE of England. He should set a better example.

From everything I have heard, he has become quite an ass. But with all the scrutiny him and his bro are under, I am suprised they havent gone postal yet.

This is just really another example of the erosion of freedom here in the UK.

OK, it was really not well advised, but he hired it from a company who hire out fancy dress costumes. Shouldn't people having equal digs at them?

Besides, I wouldn't want to wear a nazi costume, but if I did, I would have a freedom to do that because it isn't a support of them, it's a costume.

Just like fox-hunting, they weren't harming anyone else (nobody say a fox, foxes kill farmers live-stock and are vermin, so it actually helps the countryside, and puts a lot of people in jobs) - the PC brigade come along, and BANG - there goes another freedom.

It's all getting a little ridiculous now. He's just a young guy that made an error of judgment.
