ive waited til now, because im gonna test drive cars...im buying brand new...

my budget is $22,000 maybe more...

I too, failed my first time. I had a friend's car, and was going down the road with his emergency brake cable on. I had forgotten to release it before leaving the parking lot. Safe to say it didn't work. An older woman driver also made me nervous.
