How much sleep on average do you get a night?

Now that I have another baby my schedule is all messed up. I went to bed last night after the Red Sox (about 2am) then got up with the kids at 7 am.

I usually get about 7 hours. any less than 6 (like i got last night) and I'm a mess

I usually get 7-4 hrs. Funny you made this topic because I was up all night and only got 2 hrs lastnight. Good thing it is my day off.

I got two-three hours of sleep last night.

I had two essays to do but just this morning I found something indicating that one isn't due until next week.

What a moron I am.

I get about eight hours of sleep a night. I need about 10 or 12.

I get about six hours of sleep on the weekdays, and anywhere from 8-12 on the weekends.

I'm a really terrible sleeper. Some nights (like the last two) I can not get a wink of sleep. I just hear my clock chime off every hour while I stare up at the ceiling. I count myself lucky if I'm asleep by three. Considering I start work at 7, thats not always a good thing...

Have you tried a sleeping pill once in a while?

The best thing to do is get into some kind of schedule. When you throw it off by staying up late and then taking naps all day you tend to get messed up.

I know that's hard because I suffer from the same problem and have never found comfort in that advice.
