I caught it on the news and it was certainly an interesting speech, especially the way he delivered it.
The reactions on the Russians and French diplomats faces when the ITN camera zoomed in where priceless after Bush said something about facing problems and not just hiding them away.
I thought his UN resolution stuff was great too. 'Well you said you'd make Iraq pay a price if it didn;t comply, they didn;t so I justly went to war.
Good stuff, very well delievered for Bush, the UN were pisseed at him though, there was a vert muted applause at the end.
