Have you ever had something in your food?
The other day I went to a one and a half star restaurant in Chicago and ordered the usual (Clam Chowder and an Apple Martini, it's a number four on the menu at the drive-thru).

The soup had a massive bee swimming in it! It was disturbing. He was using my clam chunks as refuge while battering his wings in the soup. Surely the waiter saw this crap.

I also had a staple in my lettuce once.
