Rep Power: 7  | Whats the Rush? What is it with people lately? Everything seems to be about 'Time' and not having enough of it. People want faster computers, or a faster internet connection to get things done quicker... they want more powerful kitchen appliances to get things done quicker.. they want faster cars, faster ways of buying things etc. Whats the rush? when did we turn into a bunch of people running around like headless chickens trying to get things done quicker. People now claim that they 'Dont have time' now more than they ever did.. i'd hate to see how pressed for time they were when things werent so technologically advanced. Anyone else here a victim of speed? I suppose I am with Computers and the Internet.. but I put that down to Boys and Their Toys more than anyhting else |

Rep Power: 24  | That's the biggest difference I notice whenever I travel east. Everything here on the west coast is so much more relaxed and carefree; people in Toronto race down the streets with their elbows swinging wildly, talking on their phones and eating donuts at the same time to save a few minutes. | |
