I can't even believe it's come to this, but I have finally had it with George W. Bush, who, with his support of this complete jackass Rumsfeld, has finally sealed his electoral fate. His boobery knows no bounds - he's been pushed into supporting Rumsfeld by his trusted advisors - the same ones that are going to find themselves out of a job come November.
Finally, Bush had a chance to separate himself from the status quo in Iraq and cast himself in a positive light, and he takes the party line and backs Donny, who was either so ignorant about the day-to-day in Iraq or advocated a policy of prisoner abuse, or cut corners on security spending/training as to hire DDG's cousins to run those jails.
This, for me, is the last straw. The war on Iraq has accomplished next to nothing except to carve up some sweetheart deals for American conglomerates and seen the death of far too many US troops. Bush should've stayed in Afghanistan and consolidated his position there, eventually moving to Iraq if the threat was deemed sufficient. It's clear that this man is a fucking idiot - it's been clear before, but now my worst fear has been realized - the people backing him are fucking idiots too.
This doesn't mean I'm voting for Kerry, not that it'd matter. He's a waffling jackass who could lead this country into the gutter just as easily as Bush. I'm just not voting, and hoping that my contribution to US voting apathy will send a clearer message than voting for Bush or Kerry. I won't vote for Nader because he's a zombie. I still support the Republican party on its traditional platform, but this war hawkishness isn't even productive or profitable.

Pretty much. It's amazing how Bush has seemingly unknowingly completely alienated the moderates, who he's had a good deal of support from up until roughly 6 months ago, who have the power to put him back in office for another term. I guess it's time to start getting used to the phrase "president Kerry"
At least it won't be president Hillary Clinton in 2008 now.
I am starting to believe that this moron will become president again for four years.
I think John Kerry is pretty inept but at least he can restore our image around the world and help the middle class out again.
