Some PC Help
Hey yo. I just added another hard drive to my computer, but I'm having some problems with it. Does anyone know how to change the drive intials. Currently, they're called c:\ and D:\ but I want to change that. Any ideas????

Move them physically on the board.

If you are referring to making what :C, physically set the drive you want to be :C to master.

Thats the problem. I want the new drive to be the master drive, because it's like twenty times the size of the other drive, but none of the programs on the old drive will work unless its c:\

you need to change the jumpers on them (master/slave). It will give you the settings for the jumpers on the company site. Also you can set it in the bios which device it boots from.
