Have any nicknames? What are the reasonings? (If there's a story behind it, spare no detail)

I'd say 99% of my friends call me "Frenchie". Merely because my surname is French, and well, it extends to "Frenchie" pretty naturally. Sounds cool too. Only thing I dislike is meeting smartarses who think they're the first person to ever ask stupid questions like "So, you like frog legs?" Assholes. Or people who mention Grease.. :x :x :x

One guy calls me "Frodo" a lot, hoping it'll catch on. It's merely because I have hobbit-esque curly hair which is kinda brown. I reckon it's more like Pippin's than Frodo's, but he's an idiot.

I also have a "Gandalf" nickname going on.. some guy reckons my hair was greying around the time of the first LOTR film, so "Gandalf" was born.. other variations on the grey theme include "Greengrass", "Heartbeat" and "The White Feather". It was so dumb because my hair's really brown..

I'm sure I have more, but I can't think of them.. too full of turkey and christmas pudding.

I have nicknames for just about everyone I know, but sadly there's never really been one for me. My friend's stepdad used to call me 'Hal the Gal' all the time (Hal being my name), so I get Gal and The Gal sometimes. That's pretty much it though.

Alright, I gots a couple.

Hardcore - I got this when I was 16. My bro (drunk, at the time) decided he wanted to wrestle me. He picked me up for something like a vertical suplex (my head tucked under his arm, my legs vertically in the air) and he slipped on some beer. So he gave out and I was dropped on my head on concrete floor. I don't remember this 'cause I had blacked out (it was video taped & I was told later on) but apparently I sat up, looked around, stood up, and just walked away. I suffered a mild concussion and severe whiplash (had I not gone to my chiropractor in time, my vertebrae may have started fusing together).

Hollifer - okay, so my older brother's and sister's names end with "fer" and then there was me...Holly. So a teacher of mine (who actually taught my mom then my siblings & me) would call me Hollifer to stick with the name scheme my parents had going on up until me. The nick has stuck with me.

Then there's a bunch of terms of endearment people call me (ie. chicky, baby, etc.). A friend of mine also refers to me as The Holly 'cause he & I will talk to each other in third person.

I thought it was the stupidest one. I don't know how John came up with that one, but I thought it was dumb. And yes, it did die once he left Walgreens.

John came up with it? For some reason, I thought Mills did. I guess he just kept it going. I lost all respect for Mills when I heard what he did to that kid he worked with.
