I can quite proudly say that i have never cheated on a girlfriend. Whats the point? Sure ive looked, and even been extremely tempted. But i dont think i could live with the guilt if i ever done it.

Hi, I'm a newbie, a KYN reader since the days of jimmyvan.com. Though I'm usually a lurker, I feel compelled to write: I did cheat, once, on a girlfriend about 9 years ago. At the time I realized she (my g/f) was not going to be the love of my life, yet I still felt really bad about it. We broke up a few months later over other issues, and turns out she cheated on me before I ever cheated on her. So then I didn't feel as bad anymore. Irregardless, I've never, ever cheated on a girl since then. I guess I can't handle the guilt and all the BS that comes with it. Shango's got it right -- the guilt *is* a killer. Not worth it.

I never have. The sex may be good, but the guilt afterwards I wouldn't be able to handle.

I have friends who regularly go astray and sleep with other women and they have no guilt about it whatsoever, and will then do it again the following week. If your going to do that to a woman then why be with her in the first place?

At the beginning of the summer of grade 6/7, I wanted to dump my girlfriend. She went away for two months before I could do so however, and I ended up kissing another girl that summer. We broke up as soon as she got back, I think she might have "cheated" on me too. Those were the days.

Last summer I broke up with my girlfriend and got with a couple other girls a few days later on a camping trip. When my ex-girlfriend found out, she got mad and accused me of cheating. Hah, okay.

Who knows. People are strange. The problem is, the people who do this on a regular basis will probably never change. I swear, some guys just cannot be monagomous. Luckily, I was young, and learned a lot of things since then. I only pursue a relationship now if it's going to be meaningful.

I did it once, I was in a really serious relationship with the most awesome chic, and when she found out about it it was over. My advice: tell them. If you keep it secret they will find out, and it'll be a lot worse.

What made it worse is how nice she still is to me, I know if I got cheated on I couldn't do that. It's made the guilt 10 times as bad. Maybe she knows that and that's why she does it?

The bitch I ####ed was dog ugly too. Worst root ever.

Couple of times actually, it's easy enough to say you won't, but when another fit girl is coming onto you it is hard, for me anyway. I wouldn't do it if I was really serious about my girlfriend though, really really serious, which I never have been.
