I am also investigating owning a tarantula as a pet.. its quite interesting because apart from the chance of getting bitten.. they also shoot little bristles at you from their backs. Definately not one to cuddle before bed time. I am also trying to find out if i can feed it chunks of Raw meat rather than mice and crickets, but tarantuals will eat ANY creature it can overpower.. including other tarantulas |

Some other bugs do. yanno, the ones that more faster then the speed of light and when you see them it is only for a second then you spend the next hr trying to find the ####er. Not to mention that any feeling you have on bare skin makes you think it is the bug crawling on you. ####ing hate that. My Ex always makes me kill the spider so she knows it is no longer around. Sometimes she freezes up and can't even move. Kinda cute and I always get a good laugh when it happens. |

I would rather be bitten by a spider than stung by a bee. That sh*t hurts. I woke up one morning to a spider the size of a thumbnail biting my lip. Overrated. Freaked me out a little that a spider was crawling on my face, but scared? hell no. The only animals or insects that you should be afraid of are ones that can remove flesh with teeth.
