It is a lot stronger than weed, but it also doesn't last as long. You can either smoke it or vaporize it. Salvia burns at high temperatures so you are going to need a torch lighter. It only takes about 1/15 of a gram to to have a heavy trip. Once you measure it, just put it in the pipe, and inhale as much smoke as you can. Then you have to hold the smoke in your lungs for about 30 seconds. I usually start to feel the effects after I exhale the 2nd hit. You should never smoke it alone because you will probably end up cracking your head open. It's quite intense, and you'll probably bug out the first time you try it. After the trip is over, you will have the "high" feeling that marijuana gives you for a few hours. Then you will probably have a headache after that. It's not something you should do every weekend.... or monthly for that matter.
