Sexual Harassment

I'm a very unlikely target for sexual harassment. Besides being a guy, I'm almost 6'0 at only 145 lbs. I have an all-around goofy look about me. However, I recently started a new job and I'm having problems with some girl that works there. She's about 5'4, 200 lbs. She talks about all of the guys she's been with and she's into drugs. Anyway, she told some other girl that works there that she liked me. I thought nothing of it. Well on Friday she grabbed me and started rubbing her tits up against me. Then she told me she loved me and wanted me to buy her a pack of cigarettes. There's another kid that works there that is also being harassed by her. And she won't leave me alone... Should I just file a complaint with the management or should I take matters into my own hands? I had a 3 hour training session before I started working there and they pound the sexual harassment policy into your head. So I know she's been warned about this kinda sh*t. One kid that just started working there told her he was gay. And another kid told her that he hated her. And she seems to leave them alone. I know some of you must have had this problem in the past. What did you do about it?

You would be fired instantly if the circumstances were reversed. So to make it as simple as possible. Tell your boss about the situation, but state you don't want her to be fired etc. but to simply not to be scheduled to work at the same time.

To avoid looking like a chump or rat, tell your boss to say the security camera picked up the improper exchange and he wanted it addressed.

Or for a small fee, I could make her disappear.

Where do you work? i want to come down and hurl stuff at you. :p

Telling her to #### off, would be an idea. But she could always pull sexual harrassment back on your ass as means to get back at you, thats the bender with the whole harassment thing more often than not, it swings towards one side.

Otherwise, I'd file a complaint and get her fat slut ass fired.

just don't let anyone kno you filed it becuz to me, it seems gay if a guy files a suit against a woman. but that is just my htought. becuz at walgreens like a month or two ago there was pretty much the same thing and it seems as if the guy would be gay for not wanting a woman touching him.
