I hope the Cubbies meet up with the Red Sox in a rematch of 1918. How ironic would that be?

I think the Cubs have all the young pitching any team could possibly ask for and enough bats to take them over the top.

There is a reason why the Cubs and the Sox are still in it.

Destiny. ;)

I think the Cubbies will come back to win in 6. Their starting pitching is just so damned good. Florida is scrappy though, I love watching them.

Cubs in 7 assuming Mark Prior and Kerry Wood both get to pitch 2 games.

There's another reason why the Cubs are in it - pitching.

Don't give me this destiny crap. Destiny has kept these teams out of the series for almost a century and not much is going to change.

Cubs in 7 in a series that will be far more interesting than the World Series, when the Yankees sweep the winner of the NLCS.

Did you see what just happened to the Cubs? That ####ing fan is dead. He probably had police escort him out of the ball park. Otherwise, he would have been stopped. It's amazing how a fan can #### up a game like that.

Well of course everyone in Chicago is gonna blame the fan, and I'd be pissed off as a Cubs fan as well, but I hope they're at least a little realistic too; The Cubs gave up 8 runs in one inning, and Alou would have had to make an outstanding play on that ball.
