I guess for me it's not about doing things, it's about being happy in the here and now. Buddhastyle. Because, the things you want to do may never get done, and they may never be like how you envision them to be. It's better to just be cool with the moment, with what you have, etc.

Alive right now, I'm so happy, I love my life it feels great. I'm only turning 17 in a couple months, and I'd be very pissed off knowing I could have spent another 70 years feeling this way.

So no chance in hell would I be happy.

Well, I am happy with what I have done, but I still ahve things I want to do, if I never do them so be it. I want to have children, I want to finish my Master's and work on a PHD, I want to have fun. I mean sure I may never get everything done, but I would not be happy if I died and didn't give it a shot.

Children are very overrated. You can ask any of mine if you don't believe me.

I understand Cube, I think it's just better to be full in the moment than to have aspirations. Many of these aspirations (children) may turn into a lot of trouble for you.

Well, I am married, 25, financially stable and ready to go. If I were a few years younger I would feel differently. I respect the fact that some people are not all that into children, I however feel that is an important part of my life. If I had them now it would be great. Who knows, in a few years you may feel differently as well.
